RENTER'S  INSURANCE

Every tenant should seriously consider "Renter's Insurance". As you may know, a landlord is not responsible for theft of, or damage to, a tenant's personal possessions regardless of how the damage or theft may occur. In addition, Renter's Insurance will usually cover claims arising out of injuries caused by a tenant's dog. Renter's Insurance is very reasonably priced.
